PART D Insurances

The participant must prove to be in possession of the following insurance policies:

• Health and accident insurance
• Cancellation cost insurance, SOS protection, return journey insurance

PART E Other important remarks

We proceed on the assumption that the state of health and the physical condition of the participant is good enough to achieve the proposed trek. In case of any doubt, we may ask for confirmation.
The alpine climate of the northernmost province Hovsgol can change from one extreme to another. In summer, temperatures are mild but weather can change quickly (rain showers are to be expected).

PART F Payment

I engage myself to pay a deposit of CHF 800,-- as soon as I receive the travel confirmation.
The rest of the payment must be paid within 30 days of the issue date of the invoice.

PART G Conditions of travel and contract

Please print the conditions of travel and contract (PDF document) and read the conditions with care because your knowledge of them will later be assumed. Please send us a signed copy of these together with the registration form.

PART H Change of programme, changes in transportation after your booking and before the date of departure

TrekMongolia Ltd reserves the right, also in the participant's interest, to change the programme of the journey or individual agreed details (e.g. accommodation, means of transport, airline company, flight times, etc.) if exceptional or unavoidable circumstances make this necessary. TrekMongolia Ltd will try to offer the participant equivalent replacements. TrekMongolia Ltd will inform the participant as quickly as possible about such changes and their effects on the price.

Please send us the completed registration form. We need a copy of each of the insurance policies mentioned above, as well as the undersigned copy of the conditions of travel and contract.
